If you’re ready for a new dental journey bucks up, grab a little cup , pour up a little and get set to see the results. This mouthwash pulls the gunk AND loosens the plague around your teeth as well. I took my oral pick and started scraping the plague around my teeth after I rinsed with Hismile ID stain and took my water pick and sprayed it off. My teeth! Were a shade whiter after one use. So it’s most definitely NOT a lie or over hyped your breath will be beyond fresh for hours and no morning breath ????. - BrianneAlready feel the difference!I got this yesterday, used it last night before bed and could already feel a difference this morning. As an aligner wearer this morning felt drastically different. Used it after brushing last night, put my aligners in to sleep, and when I woke up my aligners , teeth, and mouth felt sooo much better(and cleaner) than usual. Used again this morning after brushing and once this afternoon, now I’m starting to see a whiter smile. The flavor is definitely utility not novelty- but it’s doing its job really well, so I’m. Not at all mad at it!!! 10/10

A Gentle Reality Check - While these types of mouthwashes are marketed to make it look like you are spitting out massive chunks of hidden plaque and "gunk" your toothbrush missed, it is largely a clever cosmetic chemistry trick. The vast majority of the clumps you see in the sink are just your own healthy saliva proteins reacting to the acid, rather than pure bacterial buildup. It is definitely visually satisfying, but you aren't actually pulling mountains of plaque off your teeth!
The Science of the "Clump"
The Main Actor (Citric Acid): Your saliva is full of naturally occurring proteins—specifically mucins—that keep your mouth lubricated and healthy. When you introduce a concentrated dose of citric acid, it rapidly lowers the pH level in your mouth.
The Reaction (Coagulation): This sudden, highly acidic environment denatures (unfolds and breaks down) those salivary proteins. Once denatured, the proteins bind together and coagulate.
The Result: Those coagulated proteins, mixed with microscopic dead skin cells and some loose oral debris, form the stringy, solid "clumps" you spit out.
The Supporting Cast
Sodium Phytate: This is a chelating agent, meaning it is engineered to bind to minerals like calcium (which is abundant in saliva and plaque). While its main job in this formula is to lift surface stains and prevent tartar from hardening, its binding action can contribute to the physical solidity of the clumps.
PEG-40 Hydrogenated Castor Oil: This acts as an emulsifier and surfactant. It doesn’t taste the best and sort of taste like the fluoride mouthwash from the dentist but when I finally when to spit it out into a see through cup my results were just like everyone else that had been showing it online. A bunch of gunk that was floating around inside of the mouthwash that I wasn’t expecting. The neutralizing of my mouth actually feels more balanced than any other mouthwash I have ever used and that would be a pretty extensive list. Yes I would recommend this to other people and will also be buy this again in the near future.

- acollinsgirlMouth-waste of money!What a complete waste of money. For more than $20, you get only a few uses of this stuff priced as liquid gold but is no better than Listerine. They advertise that it gets the brown out of your mouth, but the liquid is brown already so pure gaslighting move there. It leaves a fresh peppermint breath for a few minutes which is its only saving grace, but a Tic Tac would be just as effective. Claims of tooth whitening are benign, I saw no noticeable difference. Buy Crest White-strips which are infinitely cheaper per volume and do a far superior job of tooth brightening. I’d give this negative stars if that were possible. Total scam. They need to stick to hair loss treatments and hard on pills. ????

I saw the commercials of the dark gunk coming from people’s mouths after rinsing with this mouthwash. I said to myself, “well, they’re probably not using a very good mouthwash before that, but I do! I will buy this anyway.”
I used it as soon as it came and I am blown away by the gunk removal from my mouth! WOW - Rocio HernandezThe Ads Got Me… and I’m Glad They Did!The ads definitely got me with all those “gunk removal” videos. I was curious and decided to give it a try. I did notice some gunk after my first use (not much after that), but what really impressed me is how fresh it keeps my breath ALL day. I’ve been using it twice daily, and I don’t even wake up with morning breath anymore.
By far the most effective mouthwash I have ever used. I’ve already been recommending it to family and friends!
