When it arrived I was a bit concerned the packaging was not good and looked like it had been sitting in a damp warehouse for quite a while. But once opened the actual chiller was beautiful and very nice quality marble. I was not able to gift it with the packaging it arrived in but I put it in a gift basket with a bottle of wine and the friend loved it! I want one for myself now!

- Truth SeerNice Marble Chiller Set with a Few Flaws but Great Performance OverallThe Marble Wine Chiller Set is overall a very nice product for the price and performs surprisingly well once you figure out how to use it properly. The included cups are made from a thinner material than expected, though that isn’t necessarily a negative; many modern thin-walled materials are still quite durable. However, the rims did feel a bit sharp when washing them, and one cup had a visible inconsistency in the polish on the inside, showing a mix-match in the stainless finish. It’s more of a cosmetic issue than a functional one.
The marble base itself is heavy-duty and durable, with a beautiful, polished exterior. The inside is unfinished, which at first seemed like a flaw, but I suspect it’s intentional. After a quick rinse and freeze, it gets impressively cold and keeps my drink perfectly chilled for long periods. That said, the chiller could be slightly smaller since there’s quite a bit of wiggle room for the cup. Still, it feels solid and well-made. I’ve found that freezing it for about 12 hours gives the best result, and refrigerating the glass beforehand helps even more.
The only real downsides are the lack of clear instructions and some sizing inconsistencies between the two marble pieces. I had to ask the chatbot to confirm how long to freeze it since the product page didn’t explain it. I wouldn’t use the marble itself for food or anything that could melt since the unfinished interior could absorb the contents. For chilling beverages, though, it works wonderfully. Despite the minor imperfections, I really enjoy this set and now use it daily; it performs like a high-end product at a reasonable price.
In addition, the company is highly responsive and provides great assistance! They did provide the instructions for the wine chiller and were just overall, extremely helpful.
