- Katherine BreedenBeautiful, well made mugOkay, so first, this cup is well made, beautiful colors and exactly as described. It fits in my car cup holder just fine and is easy to hold. It is smaller than I hoped it would be, but I knew it was going to be small. I actually bought this to work with my espresso machine, so I needed something that wasn't too tall. It works well with about 10 oz of coffee (when using a Keurig) if I use any creamer. Not a bad size, but I might have to get the larger size. It does not make your coffee taste different if you are using the cup itself, but my biggest problem is when I use the silicone lid, it tends to have a slight off taste (as silicone usually does). Unfortunately, I bought this for work, where I have to use a lid. The lid seals well and I don't have any concerns about spilling. I really, really love this cup, I just want to be honest about where it doesn't quite work. It is super easy to clean, even the lid and sleeve. It keeps my coffee about as warm as any other mug. All in all, if I could give this a 4.5 stars (or even a 4.75 stars), I would. I look forward to buying more of these cups in the future.
- Scott WCould be betterThe ceramic quality and visual design is great. The thickness of the mug walls are closer to that of fine china rather than a sturdy coffee mug. Which is fine except it gets too hot to hold without the insulating sleeve. My problem is with the silicone the sleeve is made of. The white material smells bad and needs to be left in the sun for a few days. If washed in dishwasher it absorbs the scent and needs to be aired out again. And while it may just be easier to see coffee debris on a white background, the material seems to attract dirt in the edges under the lid - seems harder to clean than it ought to. On top of that, the white lid and sleeve hide the best parts of the mug coloring. Would be better if thick enough not to need the sleeve or if they used a clear insulating material that doesn’t smell funny.

- LeahStylish and invitingI've been using this mug for a couple weeks now and it is a delight to have in my cupboard. The lid is starting to turn a bit brown from repetitive use. The silicone wrap still gets a bit warm when I use hot water to steep teas but I don't mind. I think it's a good indicator that the drink needs to cool a bit or else will burn my tongue! I purchased the 12 oz and I drink more teas because I don't make a huge amount by accident like before. Would recommend.
