- Cece CarsonWonderful Glasses but BEWARE of the Straw!!!!First, let me say that these glasses are wonderful. I bought these because we started juicing and with them being 16oz they worked extremely well for me. I also love the fact that they have wide mouths in case I'm doing infused water. They come with a bottle cleaner and even a straw cleaner which make them super easy to clean by hand, but they also clean well in the dishwasher as well. I also love how there are two separate lids so that you can seal them or use the alternate lid with the little hole for a straw. (The full lid seals extremely well because I hear a little PHZZZ when opening).
Now, for the NOT good part. In my opinion, you need to throw the straws straight in the trash. Find a different straw. These break for no reason at all and because they are glass also this makes them dangerous. I first discovered this when I was sipping some water in one and felt something slip in my mouth. Thank goodness I didn't swallow it. I thought maybe it broke outside of the jar but then when I went to drink it again, I saw glass in the bottom which was almost invisible because they were in water. A coulpe of weeks later the same thing happened with another straw. - Rachel AhyeSo far so goodSo far so good. Just received, dish-washed twice, used once. Both types of lids seal incredibly well. So well that when I use the straw lid/straw combo, I have to unscrew the lid a bit to stop the suction. 10/10 recommend
