The insulation is outstanding. Hot drinks stay hot for hours, and cold beverages stay ice-cold even in warm conditions. I’ve left ice in it for an entire day and still had some left the next morning—very impressive.
The MagSlider lid is a great feature. It’s convenient, easy to use, and helps prevent splashes, especially when you’re on the go. While it’s not 100% leakproof, it does a great job for normal use like commuting or working at a desk.
The size is perfect—fits comfortably in most cup holders and has a great capacity without feeling bulky. The finish also holds up well over time and resists scratches better than expected.

The weight of the tumbler, the texture and feel of the outside, excellent heat retention, build quality, and that it fits in cup holders. The MagSafe closure is really neat.
I like that you can put it in the dishwasher and not worry about the vacuum seal breaking. The finish on the cup seems really sturdy and unlikely to scratch off unless you really want to.
Here's what I don't like:
The declared 20oz capacity isn't really. As mentioned in other reviews, it's more like 16 oz. At Starbucks, it will not hold a Venti (twenty). If you want to use your own cup, order a Grande, especially if you have mods or want to add milk. It will not accept a full 4cup pot at home either.
I wish it had a silicone bottom, but that's minor.
I miss having a handle, but that's a personal preference I didn't realize I had until now (I formerly had a cup with a handle but the seal broke)
The lid is definitely not leak proof and which is really the Achilles heel of this tumbler. It's not easy to spill and the lid will stay on if you knock the tumbler over, but the liquid WILL leak out.
If you want a Venti, size up. If you tend to spill your coffee, you are probably not safe with this one. Otherwise, you'll probably like this cup a lot. I do.
