Top reviews from the United States
- MarkleeKino Lorbor provides the updated Dolby Atmos sound format. This KL 4K disc carries a Dolby Atmos sound track CONTRARY to the Amazon disc specs. There have been a bunch of premature video reviews criticizing KL for not having that sound format. But it does and it also carries an Isolated film Score! For those soundtrack enthusiasts. An outstanding release with a beautiful film transfer. Way to go KL.
- Questions from customerDelivered on time and in great conditionThis is a great movie if you’ve never seen it!
- BrenIrisGreatA great movie for a rainy day.
- Gregg schmidtGood clean entertainmentGood disc's, entertainment drama, some action
- Nathan PGood quality disaster movieCompared to a lot of disaster movies of the day, this one is really well-made. Obviously the graphics don’t compare to a 2025 blockbuster, but it’s fun and compelling and has a pretty good plot all things considered. I will say, it’s probably not for young kids - there are a couple of gruesome scenes that disturbed me when I was younger. But this is a nice fun movie.
- Pam BakerGreat movieGreat movie
- ClayaFictionEnjoyed the erupting volcano scenes, and the action that the actors performed.
- meljenStill a very fun movieThis is one of those 90s movies that has stood the test of time. The actors are fun, the action is great.. you can feel the heart they put into this. I still love it as much as I did when I saw it in the theater. And even though I have it memorized now, certain scenes still have a tense feel to them. It’s just an overall fun blockbuster movie. Some of the cgi is a bit dated (honestly how else would they add in lava) but it doesn’t take away from the flavor of the film. It has a ton of practical effects which held up very well. I enjoy watching this movie over and over, along with Twister. One of my favorites.
