- Verified PurchaserIt works in my HP Office Pro Jet 8020 Series.It is nice to have a HP cartridge which my temperamental HP Office Jet Pro 8020 series actually recognizes as an HP cartridge. I have purchased several HP cartridges from different suppliers. I could not use them because my printer deemed them non HP and would not print. It is relief to be able to print again. Here is MHO regarding this purchase, I do not give 5 stars unless the product, Customer Service or shipping exceeds the the products normal expectations.
The Cons:
It's an expensive cartridge compared to print yield of other printers.
It is too soon to predict the ink capacities amount of prints it will actually produce.
The Pros:
The 8020 Series printer recognized it as certified HP.
The color Black is as black as I expected. Maybe if the black color absorbed light to make it blacker, I would have given 5 stars,
It appears to print as designed. HP should be so proud.
The quality meets expectations. It hasn't started leaking and prints cleanly.
It prints at the same speed as before.
Conclusion:
