- Newman NoggsHeld up fairly well after 2 years of a windy and wet climate.3X5 should measure 36X60 inches, but I've bought it twice, and both times it measured 33X60. Not a big deal as it is a nice flag. The first flag we bought really faded out by the second year, which I would consider not bad at all for something that hangs outside 24/7 in a windy and wet climate. The new flag is bright and vibrant, as all US flags should be when displayed. We will probably start hanging a brand new flag every year.
