Setup was super easy -- but very throrough -- there were several options for setting up, including on a pole, attached to a tree, or in the side of a building; it includes TWO solar collectors to charge the rechargeable battery (one in the roof of the bird house, the other you can place anywhere you want, which is great since the tree itself might block the rooftop solar panel from getting enough sun on a daily basis. The app is intuitive, and the feeder itself feels sturdy and weather-resistant. I also love that I can share clips with friends and family—they’re all obsessed with the bird videos now too!

In terms of setup it was pretty easy to do. Only has a couple screws for the solar roof but other than that easy to setup. Companion app works as intended - and love that it comes with 64gb of micro SD storage. I can't speak much to the AI element of the app because I haven't seen birds on it yet - but the product is well built and unlike my hummingbird feeder this one is solar powered so I don't have to recharge the camera!
