- Ed SissonHigh Quality and Built to LastThis snow roof rake is of much higher quality than I expected. The materials feel solid right out of the box—no cheap, thin metal or flimsy connections. The clips slide right on with no override like those old vacuum button pole clips. The poles are sturdy, the head is tough, and everything locks together in a way that feels reliable. I used it on our heavy, wet snow Tuesday and it didn’t bend, flex, or show any signs of fatigue. I even used it to pull snow around on the walks. It has heft indicating it will last for years, not just one winter season. If you’re looking for a durable, well-made roof rake that can handle real use, this is definitely the way to go. I especially like that it can be disassembled and folded up tight for summer storage - no more hanging on the garage wall taking up useless space.
- MollySolid, Steady, and surprisingly easy to useI was worried the rake might feel flimsy, but it’s the exact opposite. The poles lock together tight, the head is rigid, and it doesn’t flex or wobble when you’re pulling heavy snow off the roof. It actually feels way more durable than other rakes I’ve tried. It’s super easy to use. The reach is great, it glides on the roof cleanly, and it was able to clear my entire roof line in just a few minutes without feeling like I was fighting a tool. If you want something sturdy that actually works the way it should, this is it.
- C.R.H.It works well.This is a good snow rake. good value and design, the handle is long enough to get quite high on my roof. 4 out of 5 only because I had to modify it to be able to go over the screws on my steel roof. If you do not have screws to deal with it will work well for you. It weighs less than my old one...
- JamesNot worth the moneyDon't waste your money. The pole bows like a fishing pole. The blade needs to be tilt back on top. When pulling snow off the roof. The pole pushes the blade up. The pole needs to be angel up to stay out of the snow ❄️. My short older one works a lot better. My thought is it needs to be redone so it works better.
- Amazon CustomerWorth every penny- so surprisingI almost never write product reviews, but I wanted to take a minute for this one because I’m genuinely impressed. I’m usually pretty picky about what I spend money on, and this roof rake was absolutely worth it.
The build quality is solid and well thought out. It’s sturdy, does exactly what it’s supposed to do, and doesn’t feel cheap or flimsy at all. No bending, no fighting with it, and no parts that seem like they’re going to wear out after a couple uses.
It saves a lot of time and — as my wife would say — most importantly, it keeps me off the roof. That alone is worth it. It does the job safely from the ground and helps protect the home and property I’ve worked my whole life for. Sometimes spending a little more upfront really does get you something that lasts. - Josh HammanToo short, too narrowI really had high hopes for this one. I've gone through 4 different Roof Rakes over the last few years, the last one snapped off at the head. This one seemed heavy duty, the poles sections are shorter than others, but are ribbed for strength. Sadly tho, its too short to reach the second story of my house. And the pole is centered on the rake end, which means it hits gutters and the edge of the roof, making it difficult to actually clear anything off. It really needs at least another pole section, and the head should be attached off center, so you have more rake on one side to actually reach the snow. Disappoointed.
