As a senior I need product in a light weight pour container -not in a bag and only a 10 lb or less amount. This one is 8lb and easy to handle for me. There are alot of dog walkers in my condo development so when I spread this around my parked car outside they know it is safe. Some I got last year just turn to a blop of white mush. This sprinkles well and is visible over the area so you know it is treating the ice. Another plus is it came in a box with the lid TAPED down so nothing is wasted in transit. I think I will buy another before they sell out - still getting too much snow in NY this year.
