- Jack VartabedianTough Cover snowblower storage coverI have a Toro E24 battery operated snow blower. 24" clearing width and 20" high intake. It's as large as any comparable gas-powered model. Basically, it's pretty big. the Tough Cover fit it very well and it cost half of what the Toro storage cover price. It's well made and I think it will last a long time. I store my machine in my detached garage for the most part but will pull it out before an impending snowstorm and leave it to the elements for convenience and accessibility. I think this cover should do the trick. I just got it, but I like its construction and fit.
- Tom LDesigned to wrap the handles and then just completely cover the restItem received as described. Fits perfectly. Reasonably priced. Keeps my snowblower protected from the weather. In the off-season, I keep it in my shed. During winter months, I keep it outside and this cover is perfect! Thanks!!
- Karen D,Great snow blower cover. It’s pretty big and covers my blower well. I like the thickness of the material and since I have to keep my machine outside it protects from the elements. It’s great.
- Amazon CustomerNice QualityVery good quality for the price , good fit also.
- TerryGood fit, seems strong. It fit my 2 Stage Toro well. Feels heavy duty and should be good protection. It has ropes with sliders to secure it down so it hopefully doesn't blow off.
- John F. WittmannThis snowblower cover is Crazy Good!Incredible cover that never fails under under any weather conditions. Totally weatherproof and not one seam has failed or any rips while pulling it over the machine. For this price I’m completely amazed that it’s still serving me for several years.
I’ll have to upload a photo as it sits outdoors tonight waiting for an overnight snowfall.
Assuming the quality has stayed the same, Buy It! - Amazon CustomerIt's very good heavy dutyExcellent product fits very good
- WTYTough material, but also tough to use.YMMV, but I bought the XL because I have a Toro 1232 OHXE. As the model number suggests, it has a 32 inch bucket and with a 12HP engine, it is quite bulky. I tried other covers "rated" for 32" blowers, but they were too small, and most could not even fit over the bucket even when stretched. With the XL, the width easily covers the bucket, but if the chute isn't pushed down all the way, the height becomes inadequate, and it only covers half the height of the bucket.
The reason for the downgrade is that although it is really well made, and the material seems really durable, the DESIGN makes it awkward to put on and take off.
The bucket section is REALLY "floppy" (the best I can describe it), so it easily drapes over the bucket - perhaps a little too "drapey," but it's fine.
The issue is the section that goes over the handle and controls. It's made so it's more "tailored" - ie. more akin to a really loose sock, versus the "draping" effect of the bucket section. This makes it pretty cumbersome when putting it on and taking it off because the fit is so tailored in that area. I can't compare to other blowers, but for mine, I HAVE to cover the control area first, then pull it over the bucket. Taking it off HAS to be the reverse. It is not possible to do it in the reverse direction, because it will get hung up on the controls. It's a little more "finagly" than other covers I have used.
Overall, though, I would recommend it as the only (so far) cover I've been able to find that can decently cover the Toro 1232 OHXE. The material seems very durable, and the stitching is very well done.
