- ReneeGreat Solar Lights — Easy Install, Save Money, and Look BeautifulI’m pretty frugal and I don’t buy things impulsively, so I did a lot of research before choosing solar lights. I compared several options and these ended up being the best fit for me overall.
Installation was incredibly easy — I mounted them directly onto my wooden privacy fence in just a few minutes. No wiring, no hassle. I really appreciate that they’re solar powered because it saves money long-term and I don’t have to think about electricity costs.
The light coverage is great and the motion sensor works well. My backyard looks so pretty at night now, but more importantly it feels much safer. They’re bright when they need to be and not blinding, just a clean daylight white that lights the space evenly.
For the price, the quality really surprised me. They feel solid, handle weather well, and actually perform the way they’re advertised. I’m very happy with this purchase and would absolutely buy them again. I will come back to add a photo of my yard at night! - KyJoeCan't go wrong with theseAmazing lights. Have had them installed in my backyard for about 3 years now and they have worked flawlessly. I was skeptical at first but am totally happy with them. They have been through extreme summer heat, 100+ degrees, and extreme winter cold, -20 degrees, and still are as bright as the day purchased. The rechargeable batteries are hanging in there.
- TMVery bright and well-built.I have ordered these lights 3 times now, and each set has performed extremely well. The build quality is very good; they are solid and well-sealed against the elements (rain, heat, cold, etc.). They come with mounting screws, but since the back is flat and smooth I use double-sided Gorilla tape to mount them to the bricks on my house and also the fence (which is a combination of brick and wood sections). Years after I mounted the first set, they still work well, meaning the battery life has held up and the motion-detection range is as effective as when they were new.
I recommend them because they very bright, have multiple settings for light duration, and they're a good value for the money. - TanNOT WATERPROOF! Company reached out to correct the mistake!Got to give one star just to write a review. Never had I bought any solar light that doesn’t even last 3 months. Well, this one will be my first, 4 out of 6 have water in it and 2 out of 6 just stopped working. I placed 3 of it under the gazebo and 2 still managed to have water inside the case. I always bought this brand and never have this issue before. So, I’m not sure if it makes by the same company or it has changed but definitely not the same anymore. I took pictures so, everyone can see it side by side day/night.

I’m giving this company 4 stars for accepting the mistake with water getting inside the product. As I mentioned previously, I do love this brand and always buy them, because they’re the best out there with reasonable price. I never have any problems with water getting into them before until this one. The light is bright, work great and it just the right size. The only problem is that water can get into it. The company gave me back the money and promised to look into the waterproof case problem. I owns many of this brand in my backyard and many of them still working after many years without changing the batteries. They told me that this is a small company and I always support small business. One mistake not going wiped out all the good one that they had before. I’m giving them more chance with the new and improved one for upcoming summer. I hope by the time summer comes around they will have a better one with a real waterproof case, so I can buy it and replace them in the same spots. - Tracy Y FitchTop notch solar lights!!5 stars for this product! We have remote property with no lights, and I put a few of these in key places so we could see at night. They are really bright and I love them! I was surprised that the ones that didn’t get direct sunlight or all day sunlight were just as bright and lasted all night long.
The motion sensing is at the perfect sensitivity to brighten up when there is movement but not overly sensitive that they go off all night.
Biggest surprise was that these were in the weather year round and they lasted us 2 years. Highly recommend!! - Kyle AndersonSolid Purchase! - S EckertBEWARE! They shrunk this year.I really love the ones I bought 3 years ago 2 years ago in a year ago, same number of LEDs but a 30% larger enclosure. The old ones are brighter, diffuse a larger puddle of light, and have twice the area of the solar cell. I'm guessing these new ones won't last through the night unless they get a full day of sun, whereas the others would last all night with two or three hours of sun. Until they got old! Which is why I wanted to replace them. I'm not sure I'll keep the new ones because the solar cell is far too small.
Update: After a couple days of making sure they were fully charged and not on at night, I left them on overnight. My 3-year-old 120 LED light was still running in the morning, whereas the new smaller 120 LED lights had died. The last picture is from when they had only been on 2 hours showing that the new ones were substantially dimmer than the old one even before they died. Remember I was replacing the old one because it's performance has been degraded, and it's still better than the brand new one.
If you're interested in revitalizing the older larger version of this product, it uses a standard flat top 18650 battery, which can be had for under $5 a piece.
