- PamQuality mix - the birds love it.Compared to other seed choices, Audubon Park Extreme Variety is priced fairly, and contains quality seeds, nuts, and etc. There is very little "filler" seeds. All the birds love the tiny millet seeds, and the sunflower seeds are favorites for the cardinals. This contains whole almonds, peanuts, and an occasional walnut. I take a pair of pliers and sit there breaking up the large nuts before putting a "serving" of this mix in my feeder - that way all the birds can enjoy them, and tend to stay at the feeder longer rather than carrying off whole nuts. Granted, I do have time to do this and actually enjoy doing that :)

The quality is great, of both the product and the packaging. The seed and nuts seem very fresh and clean. There is a ton of variety in the bag. There are shelled and unshelled sunflower seeds, walnuts, pistachios, pecans, peanuts, a little bit of dried fruit, corn, and a lot of teeny seeds. The majority seems to be shelled sunflower but the other stuff makes up about 50-60% is my guess. If I was a bird, I would eat this food! - PlaceholderLots of whole seeds and nuts and my sparrows and Cardinals love it.This bird food is the greatest thing since sliced bread. The mix has plenty of almonds and plump sunflower seeds. The almonds looked human grade so I tasted one. Two bitter for humans, but must be great for birds because they love it.

- KVMToo many large Nuts. Clogs feeders.I bought this because the mix appears to be superior to the Lyric Supreme wild bird mix, which it is. There is far less white millet, which the birds are ignoring, resulting is significant waste. Plus the product has fruit bits and additional seeds that the birds are devouring. However, as clearly stated in the reviews, the mix contains 1/2 walnuts and almonds. These are fine in tray feeders, but they clog-up my 3 chamber, squirrel proof, cylindrical feeder. It's really too bad that they don't crush or chop up the walnuts and almonds. As a result, it looks like I'm going to have to go back to the Lyric Supreme. -- (continued) The birds love this mix with less much less waste. However the walnuts, and almonds do clog up the 3 chamber feeder so the seed won't flow. As a result, I'm switching to a Vivace 6 port feeder to see if that works. If it does I'll continue to purchase the Audubon Park Extreme Variety Wild Bird seed even though it is a bit more expensive than the Lyric seed with little waste. Stay Tuned.

I've been buying Wagners East Coast blend & in comparison the Audubon Park is a far superior product. It mostly consists black & larger grey sunflower seeds. There is also a good quantity of nuts & fruit. Very little millet & other filler grains & NO corn, which most birs hate. All for the same price as Wagner's. - AmazonMom912REALLY great, hearty assortment and new birds as a result!This attracted some new feathered friends! The Downey and Red Bellied woodpeckers and a few more types that I’m still not 100% of started frequenting my feeders! Super excited and really packs a punch with massive sized seeds and nuts! I have a family of blue jays and a cardinal couple that live in the trees in front of my home so I add some of this and some basic feed with smaller seeds and some peanuts and they have been loving it! This is a really hearty mix in a very heavy bag (which is nice) at a smart price! Will definitely be adding this to my western New York feeding year round as I think the birds are really loving this topper to basic seed
