- MJSolid product, does what you'd expectThis is as good as any of these floaters I've owned. I find they only last 1-2 years sitting in the sun all day. This one seems to be as durable as the others. The screen at the bottom stays put where you have it. The lid locks in place just fine and doesn't break. I had one once I got cheap and you could tell, the plastic was so thin and didn't even work right, like the screen wouldn't stay in place and eventually wouldn't stay on at all. But this one doesn't have any of those issues. It's as good as any one I've purchased locally. Highly recommend.

I’ve been using this chlorine floater in my pool for a few weeks now, and it’s been a simple but effective solution for keeping the water clean. The design is straightforward—just load it with chlorine tablets, set the adjustable release, and let it do the work. I like that the dial lets me fine-tune how much chlorine is released, which helps avoid that strong chemical smell or, on the flip side, water that feels under-treated.
The size is generous and holds enough tablets that I don’t have to check it constantly, which is a real convenience. It feels sturdy and well-made, not thin plastic that will crack after a few uses. It floats evenly without tipping, so the chlorine disperses consistently.
One thing to keep in mind is that you do need to adjust the vent depending on your pool’s size and how hot the weather is—if left too closed, the chlorine release can be slow, and too open may use up tablets faster than expected. Also, like most floaters, it can drift to one side of the pool and hang out there, but that hasn’t been a big issue since the water still circulates well.

- KKINGCheapy madeIt is cheaply made. The top lid was almost impossible to remove. The plastic edges were not trimmed enough so they were stuck together. After doing the necessary trimming myself it now works fine.

It'll last roughly a year.Did not hold up to the UV exposure nearly as well as our last one, which was purchased at the local pool supply where we buy our chemicals. This one has started to disintegrate less than a year after purchase. So as with most things, you get what you pay for, it was cheap and didn't last very long. Go figure. But it was about half the cost as our previous one which lasted about 3 years.
