- Jason NicholsonOk battery, great customer serviceThey work fine but the release buttons can get binded up and not pop back out. I had it happen on one of the first two batteries I got from them and contacted the seller with photos and they quickly responded and sent me a replacement battery. I got the replacement today and took it out of the box and gave the release buttons a couple of squeezes and one of the release buttons also stuck in and didn’t pop out. So I took out the four screws that hold the clam shell together and was able to get the button to pop out and reassembled and it works again. I’m giving them 5 starts for standing behind their products and the no hassle replacement battery they sent me. The battery itself obviously has some flaws but will work fine as I use them in Bluetooth speaker systems. If I had to put it on and off of a power tool multiple times a day, I’d be more concerned about the release buttons.

My blower requires 2 24V batteries to operate. These are slightly higher rated at 6 A-H as compared to 4A-H for the original ones. Although I haven't had a significant snowfall since these were delivered, I tested the blower with these two and it appears to run just fine. I can turn on, control the chute, the headlamp and there does not appear to be anything amiss.
Obviously how long they last on full charge needs to be seen, thus far I have no reason to complain. UPDATE: Seller contacted me immediately upon reading my review and sent a replacement at no charge. Perhaps I got a defective unit. Communication and process were excellent. Replacement is working perfectly. Highly recommend this seller. - LeoFibVery poor quality, release button doesn't work (gets stuck) and battery discharges very quickly.I live in Washington DC and bought this in July 2025 to prepare for the winter, along with an electric snow blower. Now it's January 2026 and we just had our first snow storm of the winter. So I'm using it for the first time, even though it's 7 months old. I was able to use it exactly one time, before the battery was discharged and I recharged it. But after charging it, the release button got stuck in the pushed in position and it won't release. If I use a screw driver, I can pop the button back out, but it's not easy and takes some struggle and finesse to pop it out. Also, I made sure the battery was fully charged before use, but the battery discharged more quickly than the OEM battery that came with my snow blower, even though this one is supposed to by 6.0 Ah and the OEM battery is rated at 4.0 Ah. So I'm doubtful that the one I received is really 6.0 Ah. Maybe I just got a bad unit, but if so, the quality control from this factory is not good. I regret buying this, would not recommend it. In the photos, you can see that one photo shows a button and tab that is stuck in and won’t come out, well the other photo shows the other side that works normally.
