I’ve used it after intense training sessions and noticed a big improvement in recovery and mobility. It has a strong herbal scent but works very effectively and absorbs quickly without leaving any greasy residue. It also helps ease my own sore muscles after a long day of physical work. A reliable, high-quality product I always keep on hand!
