| Directions | Gently remove excess dirt and debris from the wound area. If wound is cleansed with water, blot dry or let air dry for one minute. Apply liberally to affected area once or twice daily, or as often as needed, until healing takes place. - Jonathan BlackA miracle productI was well versed in the use of silver for wound care and then was told to get this for my husband for the accompanied scratches, damaged skin he had on his legs from itching and dealing with a medical issue.
I looked up the product, got a sight of the price tag and immediately I ran back to the Google archives for some digging on whether this stuff worked, helped better than other methods I'd already known and also how safe it was alongside suggested effectiveness.
There's a lot of mix match information out there and a lot more that if not read properly you can just as easily misunderstand it yourself. The gist of an afternoon spiraling through an ADHD tunnel of information, articles and reviews led me right back where I started and really didn't want to be... At this listing.
I still say it's a too expensive for such a small amount of the stuff, but after having put this on, the wounds healed right up.
I had busted my hand on a door (accidentally while working out in my upstairs home office one morning and the hubby told me to use this.
We still had some left so I have it a go and from full on cracked open and bloody wound to closed and recovering without further use lasted a couple weeks to 10 days tops where I know from past experience Neosporin would have taken twice as long.
I guess I'm a convert. However, I'll be saving this one for when extra special attention is needed. Yes, it worked great and did heal fast while also having a soothing affect over any pain but, again, it's almost $30 an ounce.
The good thing about this option is it's got a concentrated consistency, sort of a paste that can spread a long way with the warmth of the skin. Yes, apply liberally as directed, but still be smart to get used to the product and how it operates the first few times till you're used to it.
If you want a quicker, slightly more economical option they also have a spray which we also bought and used mostly on the hubby. It's more liquid in texture so easily applied to larger areas of concern.
After everything, I would absolutely recommend giving this a shot if you're looking for an all natural way to speed up healing while keeping risk of infection away. It works as it claims. It may have a hefty price tag but there aren't many brands around today that can even stick by that small claim in providing the results advertised. These guys did a great job and I've already bought more to keep in stock.
Thank you. - MMBest ointment ever!Works wonderfully for wound care. I've used just silver or honey but not combined. This worked quickly on day one to help heal a wound on my foot. I walk a lot and ended up with a sore on the ball of my foot. Nothing was working till I purchased this. The combination of the silver and honey are just right. No irritation, prevents infections and easy to use.

This last week, we used it on our Labrador who got neutered and had a terrible sore that started out as a yeast infection under the new style neck cone the vet gave us. It was more of a neck brace so he couldn’t turn to lick, instead of a cone, but regardless the sore he got was awful!! And shocking!! But the ointment- It cleared the sore within 3 days, and after the first application you could already see the healing. He never tried to itch it, we never had to deal with antibiotics or anti yeast, and he is completely healed. Now it’s just normal! The pic I included was after the second usage, I didn’t post the first as it was bloody and more hard to look at.
Previously we had used it on a cut for our son, and a different time we used it on a foot trauma that resulted in stitches. Both times the silver and Manuka honey were game changers.
