I debated getting a Bird Buddy but decided to purchase a less expensive version. I'm so happy I did. My biggest concern was that the back of our house is on the second level and the edge of the yard is 30 yards. Our Wi-Fi has no problem with the signal. On any given day, we see about 300 visits. The picture is very clear. My only disappointment is that it states in the description that no subscription is necessary, which isn't entirely true. If you want to see past videos, you need the subscription. But after several days of enjoying this feeder, I don't think I will purchase a subscription. Seeing the pictures is still fun and sometimes I just have on the live feed.
