- YourAverageDadNo Complaints from the Hamster—And That’s Saying SomethingI haven’t personally slept in this stuff (yet), but I haven’t heard a single complaint from my daughter’s hamster either. And let’s be honest—he seems like the type who would file a formal grievance if he were unhappy. Not only is he comfy, but we’re not constantly getting ambushed by eau de rodent every time we walk by his habitat. Win-win.
What I Like:
• It seriously keeps the smell in check—no more accidental whiffs of doom.
• Soft enough for tiny paws and high-maintenance furballs.
• Fluffs up like magic and goes a long way, especially in a smaller cage.
• No perfume-y nonsense to irritate the nose (mine or his).
What I Don’t Like:
• I don’t know… that I can’t use it as an emergency pillow stuffing?

If you’re shopping for bedding and you like your nose, this is the stuff. Our hamster seems pleased, and the house no longer smells like a forgotten petting zoo corner. 10/10 would buy again (and again, and again, because he’s cute but messy). - Tawny FacerThe only bedding I will buy!The only bedding I will buy for my pet hampster’s and rats. Great quality and scent and dye free. This is very fluffy and looks great in their cages. The size is perfect for multiple pet owners and can be placed on auto ship so you never run out. His bedding makes for some happy fur babies.

- Amber LOne of the best and softest bedding, BUTI really love the clean and cozy bedding, it's low dust and soft! It's really great for burrowing and it holds it shape well. The only issue is that I find these scraps in them, usually plastic, sometimes rubber or foil, which can be really dangerous if ingested. I have thoroughly inspect the bedding before putting it in my hamster enclosure.
There is also some quality issues as well, sometimes one batch is much softer than others, but I'm sure that's just from all the different papers they use to make it!

I bought this for my hamster, Nibbles, and now he’s acting like he’s too good for me. Seriously, ever since I put this bedding in his cage, he’s been burrowing like he’s looking for buried treasure and emerging only to eat like a king and roll around in his wheel of luxury.
This stuff fluffs up like a bakery explosion—soft, clean, and somehow makes his poop palace smell like nothing at all. I don’t know how it works, and I don’t care. My house doesn’t stink, and Nibbles has started turning down cardboard boxes because “they clash with the aesthetic.” ????

It’s soft against his skin and highly absorbent. It has no odor, which is important to me because I am scent sensitive, but also for the health of my piggy. Price-wise, I have found this to be a good value compared to other options.
