- Thomas ReiterThis is not the full version! The best tools you must upgrade to get! Beware.This is a scam. It bills itself as a premium Photo/Video Bundle but offers scaled back functionality. For instance the Clone Tool is the most important tool in Corel PaintShop Pro. I purchased this expensive version only to find out you don't get Corel Painter! You only get Corel Essentials which gives you little more than 1991 Paint Shop tools. This is BS. If you bought Corel Photo to "Clone one image to another image" forget it you cannot do it, you must upgrade. This is a scam. What is being sold here is a $10 version of the full version. Yet look at the advertisement, does it look like they are selling something less than the full version? No. They are scamming you.
- Linda TranterDon't waste your money.Sure, it looks it a great deal with a lot of nice add ons. PaintShop Pro 2023 is tedious and very difficult to figure out, especially if you are new to digital editing. Most support for this product is either from other users or inaccurate. You won't find a "PaintShop Pro 2023 for Dummies." I bit the bullet, and signed up for a trial of Lightroom by Adobe. Night and day difference! Not happy about the subscription plan, but I can already see it will be worth it.
Wish I could get my $99 back for this junk on my computer, but I guess I'll just have to chalk that up to lessons learned and hope I can keep someone else from making the same mistake. - D. W.Absolute GarbbageThis program is the worst thing I have ever dealt with.
Attempted to install the software, once it said i he software was installed it would NEVER open/start.
After several attempts I TOTALLY uninstalled & deleted any & everything that had to do with the program - even the original download.
Re-downloaded program from Amazon & it would not even begin to install - nothing.
I set up & logged in to my account on Corel, it shows that the programs are supposedly registered & there are authorized licenses but NOT loaded/assigned to any computer.
After 8 phone calls & 4 emails to Corel support they finally sent me a direct to Corel download link - again with ABSOLUTLEY nothing on my computer I downloaded their direct link & when trying to install the program, I keep getting an error message saying the complete program is already installed - there's NOTHING on my computer.
Now call #9 , the support guy (from India???) says they will escalate my problem to level 2, & send a 5th email - NO email has ever come (& yes I have looked through the trash/spam)....
I am finally giving up after 6 1/2 hours of trying to get it to work.
DO NOT waste your time &/or $$$.
I would give this product -10 stars (only put 1 star on it because Amazon won't allow no stars). - JayPeeR2Incomplete packageThis product is not the full software package needed to edit photos and movies! After you have installed it onto your computer, you are informed that you must purchase another program of Corel to use this software! WOW! What a Bummer?
- karen bunnerHave used 3 previous versions of PSP, but Corel really messed this 2023 one up!!!I have used 3 previous versions of Paint Shop Pro for the past 10-15 years. Purchased this in April 2023 mainly to upgrade my video editing software, so I bought this bundle. This 2023 version has been SLOW to open and function even though my computer hardware is super fast with NO other issues!!! (Rayzen 5 CPU with 16GB Ram and 8 GB video card on Win 10). This 2023 version is buggy (check their forums)! Has made me re-register the product on my Corel user account numerous times, and now even the pop-up asking me to register (AGAIN) locks up, so its useless. I've uninstalled and reinstalled, even using Corel's clean-up program, but still dead. I'm a very experienced computer and PSP user. Corel support kept booting me out, and has been no help so far. So I've given up, wiped Corel 2023 from my machine, and then reinstalled my older 2016 PSP X9 version that registered fine and works! Unfortunately it won't open the dozens of photo projects that this new 2023 version messed up! Buyer beware! Check Corel's forums!!! I'll update my review if Corel "support" ever actually works.
