- Brian M.RecommendedSo far, so good. I haven't needed to restore, but it's easy to use; all I need is a full system backup once every month so, so this is a great deal if it restores properly when needed. VS 50 bucks a year for Acronis
- TOMA program that can't be installedI received a card with a website to logon to download this program. I downloaded it and then spent about an hour trying to get this program to install. I had to enter Full name and email address several times and make up a password. I then had to enter the password on another page but it was wrong I was told. Got an email with a place to enter a new password, which was entered twice, when I entered it on the setup page I was told it wrong again. I give up, I am not trying to open a bank account or some such thing, this is a program for doing backups of my hard drive, I can not see any reason for all this. And now after all this time and effort I can't even use the program because I have not been able to get it to install. This is the worst software product I have ever encountered. It is not worth any more time. I have written off the price I paid for it. I am sorry I gave them any personal information.
- SteveGives peace of mindInstallation is easy. Simply follow the instructions. I recommend downloading the manual. What I really like is I can back up one external drive to another external drive. If you want to change the frequency of the backup, you must use the Wizard to create the backup plan. Creating a backup is a matter of following the prompts. My first backup plan was all my image files. It took a while to complete the backup, but there were a lot of image files to backup. I don’t think the next backup will take as long. It gives me peace of mind to know my irreplaceable image files are backed up.
- SaltmanSub-par user interface and no customer supportThe software looks very good if all you want is a standard selection like a full drive, but if you want to select your own selection of folders - expect days to get a single backup plane as you must select a single folder, go back to the menu, select "select folder" again. navigate to where you want and select the next - that way for each folder you want.

Great price - SynergyMiserable Result Using this Ashampoo 26 software.This software crashed my computer with an unexpected error. After two days of agony, I finally was able to recover my Windows 11 computer using older Acronis 2020 recovery software. I do not recommend this Ashampoo software. Help with the problem with E-mails to the producer of Ashampoo went unanswered.
