- Ryan MosleyI can't use the 2nd dvdAfter I got my laptop booted up, I couldn't use the, 2nd "Virus/malware removal dvd". When I tried to install the dvd, during setup..it asked, what I wanted to keep, it gave the option of.."keep all files & settings and apps " , or "Delete everything"..which was the default, preselected option. I wasn't able "unselect", the default "Delete everything..including files & settings".So if you really need a "Virus removal tool" beware..unless you're "computer savy" enough to figure it out.
