- avid readerJust the right amount of stability my ACL tearI have a recently torn ACL, and I’m actually doing OK. But I do need some extra support, and the sleeve worked beautifully. If your knee is really unstable, I don’t know if it will be enough, but it was for me. I’m 5‘4“ and weigh 140 pounds. Clearly these run small by American standards, as by the chart, I would’ve needed an extra large. However, the large fit much better. I flew with this sleeve on, and it was extremely comfortable.
- Southern GentlemanWorks for Me!!!Absolutely comfortable!!! Received @ about 4 PM and tried them on immediately. Ended up falling asleep with them on and slept thru the night with no discomfort nor irritation. The compression is perfect for me. No problems with either rollup or slide down. I don't have bad or injured knees but, have weak knees. However, I'm 76 years old and these sleeves give me greater confidence when out and about walking. Sizing is important and I wear a Large at 5'11", 185lbs, avg size thighs. Seriously, I believe I initially purchased on the low price point. I'm sure glad I did!!!

They fit just tight enough to work but not enough that your gonna lose circulation. The compression is just right. They seem of good quality and have been wearing them for a few weeks.
- Rodney D.Comfortable but not recommended for extended activityI am giving a 3 star because for the average person this may be a good fit. I put these through the test for 2 hours walking 7 miles and going up and down multiple stairs. They are comfortable, well-made and breathable material. They did help support my knee however after about an hour + of activity they started bunching behind my knee. These might be good office or light activity but not for extended exercise or a physically demanding job. If really active I would suggest maybe one size down from what is suggested. I ordered the 3xl because that is what the size chart called for a 21" quad however maybe a smaller size would have been better. I am active and have good size thighs and calves which may have contributed to the brace bunching behind my knee while active.

I need a moderate to low amount of support for my knees. I purchased a L.
My measurement above the knee is 15”.
These provide the amount of support I require and so far have stayed in position.
I’m not a large person. 5’4”, 115lbs.
I walk 8 miles/day and these are comfortable and supportive and do not need to be adjusted on my walk.
I will probably purchase another pair so I can rotate them during the laundering process. - E.D. VossShort and fat approvedI'm 4'11" and like 160 lbs. Generally wear a US women's size L/10-12. I ordered a size M, despite their staying guide thing suggesting I order a 4XL because 5 inches above my knee is about 25" around, because there were so many reviews saying the fit was as expected that there was no chance that many people were digging through to find their size guide and file it. I'm short and my thighs are THICK.
Knee braces just aren't made to fit people my size, but these are pretty impressive. I can wear them for about an hour or three before the tightness on the thigh gets irritating, but they don't roll down at all! I just pull it down while I'm resting off and on and it does great. I've got a whole closet of various knee braces and this is now my go to for comfort and general use. The only downside is vanity and the muffin top of thigh fat from going up so much higher on my 26" inseam than whatever normal is.
