- longdrive67Great timerWorks just as described. Used it for Halloween lights. Didn’t have to worry about them at all this timer turned them on an off. Was easy to set. Will be using it for Christmas lights too. Would recommend this. It also had a cover for outdoor use which was handy during rainy weather.
- cjcgreenEasy to set up with multiple programsSo far so good with the timer. It's easy to set up, and seems to be well made. It has multiple programs that you can set, including a random option which will be good for when we're away from home for an extended period of time. Each program has a host of options for what days the timer will go off, making it that much more versatile. I use it for turning on the lighting for my Halloween display, and it rests on a branch at the base of a bush. So far it has held up well under heavy rain conditions, so I have nothing but good things to say about it. Definitely recommend it.

- Gta04Works great, cord is an issueThis timer works as it should, and I especially like the variety of settings it has. Some have complained about the instructions being difficult, but I had no issues with that. It helps to read through all the instructions first before you try working with it, just to get an overall feel of how it works. It was easy to program, and has been working great for a few weeks now.
I would have given it 5 stars, but I had to deduct a star for the power cord. First, it is very short, only about 6 inches. Second, it comes curved like it shows in the pictures, and it is very stiff, so it's quite difficult to straighten it out if that would work best in your situation. If the cord was longer and more flexible, I would give this 5 stars. Based on its functionaltiy and ease of use, I definitely recommend this timer. - blucrzrSimple, easy to use timerThis timer is simple to use and works perfectly. I have tried the digital one and never could quite figure them out ended up throwing them away.

- Glen A. WarnSolid solution at reasonal price.I bought this to augment some of these timers that have a photo-eye in them. The problem with them is they work opposite of what I need (operation from daybreak to dusk - not dusk to dawn)
I like a few things about this
1) seems well constructed - looks durable and should keep water off too.
2) has dual power outlets
3) has straight plug (I have a 90 degree plug below and could not use a 2nd)
4) was simply to configure the on/off settings.
I don't have any gripes but I do have an idea for all of these vendors - create a photo eye that works from daybreak to dusk instead of all of them (seemingly) being dusk to dawn for lights and such. I want to control a fountain only during the day. - JulieGreat for Christmas LightsThis timer seems durable and is working as expected. I set up a program to switch my Christmas lights on and off so I wouldnt have to worry about it. The instructions were a little confusing though, I wasn't sure how to get the timer in Auto mode to run the program I had set up. If you press and hold the manual button, it will toggle the timer to auto mode.
