- AlexWorked wellWorked right out of the box. I needed to find a stud to mount my monitors, and it was easy enough to use. Instructions are a little choppy, and I was nervous because I'd never used a stud finder before, but it's fine once you start playing around with it a little bit.

- PaigeDO NOT ORDERSucky stud finder. You have to calibrate it every wall you use it on, but how does that make sense if you don’t know where the studs are? The only thing this stud finder is good for is showing where there’s electrical wiring. But even then, I don’t know how accurate it is. Bought when we moved into our new place from out of state. Got so caught up in our adjustment period that we missed the return window. save your $. this isn’t worth it.

- ChristinaDidn't really work as well as I expected.This doesn't seem to work well for me at all. I can go over the same area of my wall 2-3 times and it will signify studs in entirely different places. I kept calibrating it and even set it for a really thick wall, but I still ended up creating holes where there was no stud but this thing insisted there was one there. I don't have thick walls, just regular drywall, so I don't know why it had such an issue. I'd probably have better luck if I just ran a magnet across my walls looking for screws to find the studs.
- SDHNever Sure it WorksThis devise is not completely reliable. It functions properly at some point under certain conditions and then does not possibly under the same exact conditions. If you use it daily or even frequently you may understand it’s idiosyncratic workings but for the non-contractor it does not give you the sense of security needed when hanging a TV or securing a bookcase.
