We were worried because the ends of our chairs are square and not round, but the protectors are flexible enough that they fit fine. They protect the floor and look good. They don’t stick to the floor and even make it easier to slide the chair out from the table while sitting on them (with vinyl floors at least).
- MelanieThese work nicely!I purchased something similar at TJ Maxx but only enough to do 2 chairs. These were significantly less costly but the caveat is that the silicone sides and felted bottoms are somewhat thinner materials. I did install on the rest of my dining room chairs. They fit quite nicely and I will update my review if they turn out to be less sturdy. Regardless, it's nice to have the chairs slide easily across the carpet and the wood floors. They were easily installed once I remove the old fashioned hammered in ones I used years ago which were falling off and/or apart.

You know, the ones where when you are cleaning all of a sudden you find another one swept up that came off far too early for its claim. I decided to switch in up and try a new alternative and I did. I LOVE THESE. They are very flexible and easy to apply to furniture legs, are deep enough so they don't fall off, they snug the leg, and my chairs just glide across my wood floors. Great quality. I put them on everything now! No cracking over time.

Realizing when you purchase 3 boxes of 24 Pcs Chair Leg Floor Protectors you have many feet to cover on many chairs... However, months later these are doing an amazing job. We have stained concrete floors in our office and these work very well. It was worth putting them on 30+ chairs so we don't hear the screech any more. They are a good quality and do what they say they will do.
- GaryThin padBottom pad is very thin so if you are using these on a heavy 8 foot table with metal 1" tubular legs. You might want to think twice. I decided not to use them only because I was worried the table metal tube legs would eventually punch/cut through the thin pad. Maybe for a solid leg this isn't a problem.
- dragon6473Quiet Glide Floor Protectors for ChairsI bought these because my hardwood floors were getting scratched every time we pulled a chair out for dinner, and the noise of chairs scraping across tile was louder than I expected. I wanted something inexpensive and simple that would fit over different legs without tools or glue.
Installing them was straightforward. The soft silicone cups slip over the bottoms of chair legs, and the attached felt pad stays in place so nothing flakes off. They seem to adapt to different leg shapes, whether round, square, or rectangular, and I noticed they grip the legs while still letting the chair glide.
In everyday use they perform as promised. Chairs move more quietly and slide smoothly instead of scraping, and the floors look a lot less gouged after frequent use. The silicone plus felt combination does a good job of absorbing small bumps and preventing wobble.
One small note is that on really slim or unusually sized legs they can feel a little snug to slip on, and you might need to twist them a bit to seat fully. Other than that, they stay put once in place and really do protect the floor.
