- LoulouMetal belt clip magnetic tool holder with super strong magnet! This metal belt clip tool holder is basically a super powerful magnet clipped to one's belt. The magnetic holder looks like a badge / shield. It arrives embedded neatly in a box as if it was a high-tech present. I bet if I gift it to my brother-in-law, he would have no idea it is a belt-clip magnetic tool holder.
Looking good is one thing. Does it work? Without a doubt. It does well what it is designed for. I tested it on two hammers that weigh 1 lb. 3 oz and 1 lb. 11 oz respectively. The lighter one was on my hip for several hours while I was walking around, going up and down a step ladder and crawling in the bathroom's tight space during a DIY project. I didn't need to use the hammer for the project but wanted to be sure it would stay attached to the holder. The hammer swivels and moves but never falls. My safety concern is now relieved. The heavier hammer was worn for about an hour and I got too tired being weighed down. Test duration was then cut short.
I'll be using it primarily to hold hammers because my waist tool bag doesn't have the strength for hammers. I love how strong the hammer is held, steadfastly. Just want to add that I also dread this holder because it is so hard to retrieve my hammer from it - every time is a tug of war! - Playin’ Hooky Dave⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I now have the strongest personality on the job site (and it’s not even mine)I slapped this bad boy on my belt the first day and immediately became the most interesting man in the parking lot. Within 30 seconds I had two tape measures, a hammer, a 12-inch crescent wrench, 47 drywall screws, and what I’m pretty sure was my buddy’s Leatherman that teleported off HIS belt from six feet away. This thing doesn’t hold tools; it collects them like Pokémon.
The real magic happened when I forgot it was on, walked past the company truck, and accidentally snatched the entire socket set off the tailgate without breaking stride. I looked like a budget Iron Man assembling his suit mid-jog.
Bending over? No problem. The flush design means nothing pokes you in the love handle, unlike every other tool pouch that tries to perform an unsolicited colonoscopy. Also, pro tip: if you clip it under your shirt like the photo shows, you can walk around looking like you have a weird abdominal tumor made entirely of pliers. 10/10 for freaking out the new apprentices.
I tested the “heavy-duty” claim by hanging my cast-iron skillet on it while making breakfast burritos on the job site. Not only did it hold the skillet, it also perfectly cooked the eggs because the pan never left the magnet. Two birds, one extremely questionable OSHA violation.
My phone still works, my keys are now permanently attached to my hip (freeing up my hands for important things like holding coffee), and I haven’t dropped a single screw since 2024. My productivity is up 300%. My chiropractor is out of business. My wife thinks I’ve joined a cult because I keep whispering “third hand” in my sleep.
Buy this. Become Magneto. Just maybe don’t walk past an MRI machine.
P.S. My only complaint is that airport security now takes 45 minutes longer and I set off every metal detector from here to Cleveland. Worth it. - J. NaiserKLX Tools - Magnetic Tool Holder - Strong Clip-On Belt Magnet Holster for Screws, Nails, Drill BitsI picked this up to keep small tools and fasteners handy, and it’s been a practical addition to the setup. The clip‑on design attaches securely to a belt, so it stays in place while you’re moving around. The magnet itself is strong enough to hold screws, drill bits, or small hand tools without slipping, which saves time when you’re working overhead or in tight spaces. The compact size makes it easy to wear without feeling bulky, and it’s light enough that you hardly notice it until you need it.
What stands out most is the convenience. Having a reliable magnet right on your belt means you don’t have to juggle parts or keep reaching back to a toolbox. It’s especially useful for jobs where you’re constantly swapping bits or handling multiple fasteners. For the price, it’s a sturdy, straightforward tool holder that does exactly what you need—keeps essentials within reach and makes the work more efficient. - CRNice, but magnet could be a little strongerThe product is well made and sturdy. It has more weight to it than I would have anticipated, based on its size.
Where it loses a star for me is the magnet strength. Although it's fairly strong, I feel like the weight of a tape measure is almost too much for it and I'm not convinced that it wouldn't fall off of the magnet if I was trying to climb a ladder.
This clip certainly has its uses and I would trust it to hold screws or nails for me if I was climbing a ladder and needed my hands-free. However, I just don't think it's strong enough to hold heavier items like a substantial tape measure, or a hammer or anything like that.
There are definitely applications for this product that make it helpful, I just want to be transparent about the magnet strength.
The overall quality of the product is good, so it's not an issue of that. Perhaps if the magnet was slightly larger or stronger, it wouldn't be an issue.
Depending on what you need it for, it still has good usage. However, at the price point that it sells at, I think the magnet could be a little stronger. - A-A-RonMy every day belt accessory now! This is my new favorite belt accessory. The magnet it's quite strong and holds the weight of a basic hammer, wrench or anything of similar weight easily. I've been begun using it everyday just to hold my keys instead of having them lumped in my pocket. It also holds a pocket knife perfectly as well. Sometimes it works too well getting stuck to the corner of a wall or table but that's the least of my worries. The clip is made of super hard steel and it's quite hard to bend the clip when taking it off your belt; not a bad thing. The magnet is large and chas a rubber cover as not to scratch anything it attaches to. Over all great quality and well worth the value it provides.
