They stretch right over the chair leg and hold snugly. The felt in the bottom is not that thick, but sufficient. At the very reasonable price, it's okay if we have to replace one occasionally. Our chairs now glide smoothly over the floor. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Important - measure the bottom of your chair. On ours, the two front legs are a different size from the two back legs, and we ordered both sizes. They fit perfectly.

I've had these two or three weeks now.
The idea of these were awesome but the longevity is not there. That part is a bummer. It kept my floors from getting scratched up but maybe they need to make different sizes? Versus universal sizes?

WolfeThey Do As Advertised, But -They go on easy enough, but hardly invisible (shows every bit of dust/oil on your hands). Just a few weeks later, completely discolored and grungy looking. Within 6 weeks, they split. TL;DR - EZ to apply, does keep from scratching floor, but ugly and short lived.
