- Diana ClarkMy Living Room Is Now an Extreme Obstacle CourseThese National Geographic stepping stones have completely transformed my house into a lava-filled survival zone and my kid is OBSESSED. The floor is lava. The couch is base camp. The dog is apparently an innocent bystander.
The stones are super sturdy, truly non-slip (even on hardwood), and durable enough to handle enthusiastic jumping, dramatic leaps, and the occasional superhero landing. They’re also easy to stack and store, which I appreciate when the expedition is over and I need my living room back.
Bonus: my child is burning energy, working on balance, and having a blast while I get a few quiet minutes. Educational? Yes. Fun? Absolutely. Worth it? 100%.

They have thrown, jumped, tossed these all around the house so they are entirely durable and sturdy, even on carpet. They don’t have sharp corners so they are safe for littles, I would say this is great for ages 2-7ish. They stack so they are easy to put away in a little container, and I would highly recommend these for helping kids with their balance and coordination.
