I can’t see spending $50+ on an oversized pool float when I can buy the Monterey Hammock Pool Float for ~$10. Mom and I have to walk to our community pool. These floats are very light and easy to carry from condo to pool without having to let the air out and blow it back up every time.
My last float is still being used at my sisters pool. These floats are clearly durable and can take a lot of use. And laying hammock style in the pool is perfect in South Florida. There are only 2 small areas to blow up so they are easy to inflate/deflate. You can use them as a hammock, a seat, or just hang on to them to float. My only complaint is that one of them arrived with a stain right out of the box. It doesn’t affect the function at all, but it was a little disappointing since these are brand new. That said, they both hold air well and are very easy to inflate and deflate.

- CrisRod7EVERYTHING COULD WANT!I looooove this thing! I sit in it, straddle it and rest head on pillow in front of me, or lay back in it as a hammock! Inflating isn't bad (bite and then blow) and because it has that bite feature doesnt deflate soon as take another breath. And the airtubes for blowing in get pushed into the cushions so not an annoying thing sticking out. Only takes like 3-4 breaths each side. I actually prefer it slightly under-inflated so easier to maneuver when in the pool to get into different positions, and still has plenty of buoyancy to it (Im not a skinny bean haha). I lay in it and with hair in pineapple, dont get hair wet (aka lifts my head plenty up out of water). Excellent versatility and design, at a great price! Plus takes up less space at home even if keep inflated! I've used it a few times and it feels sturdy and like will hold up well. Cat has poked it and no issues haha! The color (I got navy blue) is exactly as pictured.
