When I got my code and entered it into the app I got an error it had already been redeemed!! Amazon will not refund you at all!!! I spent days trying to get a straight answer from someone and I contacted Microsoft and they said there is nothing they could do either. This was such a huge mistake that I will never do again!!! I had exhausted all my options after everyone from Amazon telling me no I finally had to just call my card company and report fraud and get a whole new card!! What a train wreck Amazon. Get this issue fixed or remove it from the site.
