Light flickering/odd behavior - this is a high power battery charger so you can’t plug this into your Xbox or the wall puck that came with your cell phone, as those are only 1 amp or less. You need a wall puck that does at least 3 amps.
Controller won’t turn on/ battery stuck - the battery has an orientation, you can’t just throw it in. And this is actually a good thing. Pay attention to the notch on one side of the battery, it fits into a notch in the battery well of the controller. If you get that backwards it’s going to take a lot of force to insert and then it will be tough to remove, and also the controller will not turn on.
Paying attention to these 2 details, the device and batteries are fantastic. Very tasteful looking battery dock that nails the Xbox theme. - MelisaGreat productI bought these in Feb 2022 and I wanted to pop back in and drop a review as I’m tossing a new order into my cart.
These bad boys have kept my controller rolling since my purchase. Love them. Use them almost daily for multiple hours on end. They’ve gotten a lot of use in the last 2 years and I’m just now noticing the battery life isn’t as great as it once was. All things considered, not bad for the cost and I’m very happy that they’ve gone 2 years before needing to be replaced. If you’re a casual player only a few hours of gaming here and there, these guys will probably last you even longer than they lasted me. Really great purchase!
