- BiscosauceFINALLY!!!After being sent to Stick Drift Hell with multiple controllers, after experiencing connection issues with multiple 3rd party controllers I have found an amazing controller that does EXACTLY what it's supposed to do. That is: allow me to play my Xbox Series X without any of the above problems haunting me.
I was hesitant at first to get a wired controller. But as I thought about it I realized I didn't have a rational reason NOT to get one. I live alone so no one will be tripping over the wire as I play. The cord is plenty long enough. It doesn't hurt reaction time and depending on what you read may actually HELP it. I don't run around the room while playing or throw my controller.
Yes, Bluetooth wireless connections are great. Yes, it looks cool. But at the end of the day the ONLY difference is there's a wire.
Who cares?
Goodness knows I have plenty of other wires in my life. What's one more?
Regarding the hardware itself: it's sturdy and feels good in my hands while playing. It has just the right weight to not make it feel like a brick while at the same time feeling substantive. All the buttons are right where you expect them and can be mapped differently if you so choose.
I just finished a 2hr COD: BO6 session and it performed wonderfully. No lag. No awkward handling. Nothing.
Bottom Line: great product that performs as advertised. I wouldn't hesitate to purchase again. - graindartGood value for the money. Feels and works like a decent quality controller.Good value for the money. Feels and works like a decent quality controller. No issues with performance. Would've preferred wireless, but didn't want to spend the money, so this decided upon.
- Brent MGreat Controller, but...I bought this controller to replace my expensive wireless XBOX controllers, which only last about a year. At first I wasn't sure about using a cord, but my apprehension turned to delight when I added a 10 foot cord.
I love the response from all of the controls, they are crisp and work well. No centering or drift on the joysticks as well, although I did add a couple of silicone caps as the original thumbknobs were a little hard, spiky, and uncomfortable. The power of the vibration, plus not having to replace the batteries is the icing on the cake. the photo snap button in the middle is also a nice touch.
The only downside so far is that the left bumper quit working tonight. For a product that's only a little over a month old, that's definitely a no-go in my book. I love the color to be sure, but when I can't fry someone my Sombra bomb at the right time it ruins the game and upsets me.
I've sent in a service ticket to the manufacturers and hope to hear back from them soon. Will edit with the resolution when it comes in!
Update: Reached out to the manufacturer with my issue and they quickly replaced the unit under warranty. Great job! - Noah MerchantCheap worksVery surprised for the price. Feels smooth and very similar to an Xbox one controller. Buttons dont stick yet, analog sticks feel smooth. Very pleased.
- may-queenGreat controllerRight out of the box this controller worked perfectly with my XBox-S. The 10-foot cord is a plus. I generally prefer wired controllers because they are a lot less heavy to hold. This one is very lightweight and easy to use without getting wrist or palm fatigue.
- Max MPerfect cheap controllerWorks great. The cord is nice and long, perfect for my projector setup. It does have vibrations but it is a lot lighter than a regular controller which felt a little off at first. No complaints
- Amazon CustomerGood quality for low priceGot it same day. Have only had it 1 day and it worked like it was supposed to, no disconnecting or issues with any buttons. Was hoping to notice a difference in delay compared to the the xbox wireless controller that came with xbox, but noticed no to minimal difference. Quality seems better than expected.
- David YoshidaWish it lasted longer.Worked really really well until it didn't Left Button broke under a year of light use. Controller wasn't abused or anything like that. The plastic tab that depressed the internal button on the main board snapped off. I was unable to fix.
