- jessicaGot the Physical Copy :9Has inner cover art!! Also just love the game
- Rupert EvertonNot Kid FriendlyIn this game, every Toad character is referred to as "they" or "them". It seems like default Toads should be male, since there is literally a character in the game called Toadette, which implies that there are boy and girl Toads.
It seems Nintendo is keen to follow in Disney's footsteps by alienating its target demographic of parents and families in order to appease a microscopic fraction of the population that is perpetually offended.
Quite frankly, Mario is a franchise marketed towards children and families. Why are there confusing plural pronouns used for singular characters? It's insane. If this is the way they're going, then there will be no more Nintendo in my house. Maybe this is just Nintendo of America doing localization, but they need to stomp this out quick. It's not worth it. Leave the kids alone. - Mario MarioPerfection in a boxPerfect game, no flaws whatsoever
- MikaylaWorth itThis feels like a return to just having fun. It’s not as complicated as Aces, which honestly makes it better for quick matches and playing with friends. You can jump right in without memorizing mechanics. Smooth gameplay, colorful, and exactly what I wanted from a Mario sports game.
