    It arrived pretty much when promised. But photo functions were good, low shutter count. But video did not work at all and camera would lock up and the only way to turn it off was to pull the battery. Sending it back.

    When it arrived it wouldn't work at all. I would plug it in with usb-c with the battery in per the instructions, but after charging for a full day it wouldn't turn on and just said "battery exhausted." Working with the Amazon Renewed store was not helpful--they agreed to give me a refund but expected me to pay the shipping because it was a 3P seller. I would have been better off buying the new item but was trying to save a buck.
