Believe it or not, they work! You look through the eye holes, make some slight adjustments and bam, you can see far away. They are great if you're looking out into your backyard and have a clear sight line. I use it to check on my chickens that are about 500 feet back from our house. I can see everything clearly. They're not heavy to use either. They get the job done and I'm happy with that!

along with eyepiece covers, strap, cloth and cell phone attachment. I haven't figured out the cell phone attachment yet. But I will need to use a tripod with it. Instructions are sparse. Nice clear image at a pretty low price. The copper color accent is nice too.
