    First; the delivery was quick and actually arrived a day prior! We were excited for it and it was a nice surprise. Secondly, we were glad to see it came in original packaging and all the parts were in there and great working condition. My wife and I were actually thrilled with the condition it is in, we can’t find any blemishes or eye sores. This is our starter camera and purchased used to get better quality images and video and the camera hasn’t disappointed yet. I would recommend purchasing some prime lenses along with the kit lens it comes with. It’s going to be fun to teach my wife how to shoot in manual mode and see what art she comes up with and a great camera for our family photos and memories.

    I like the camera that is very light, I see no scratches and looks new. All the things I tested so far are working. I had to find the settings why it is not beeping when I half pressed the shutter button. The thing that bothered me most was the dirt when I use the view finder that I almost considered returning it. But checking other posts how to clean it and pointed me to the inside focusing screen glass I was able to clean it with dry q tips and blew some air. It was not perfect, but I am happy with the result. I would think if this was something simple, they should have noticed it and clean it during refurbishing.

    the product does not work as well as my older camera. I was unhappy with the support mainly because I never heard anything back from the seller. I'm still waiting after a over a week. i'm hoping things will be solved but considering how long it took to receive the product I'm not very hopeful.
