About this item

Focus Free / Ultra Thin / Wide Angle RF mount lens (135 full frame)
The lens recycle from disposable camera and transform it to a body cap lens. it could be one of the best weapon for street photography. The Fixed aperture and focus free makes sure you can capture the moments you want.
The lens does not have and does not need to focus, the focal length is 30mm,aperture is f/10, the depth of field is basically 1.6 meters away to infinity.
They are all remanufactured by hand and may have some small flaws (the lens may not rule out some small dusts, scratches, etc.), But each lens has been checked and adjusted, and the flaws will not affect the imaging and use.
Digital Camera Settings: Shoot without lens (ON) / Release without Lens (ON)

5.0 out of 5 stars Pure nostalgia and delight!

My favorite photography gadget I've ever bought! The colors are pure nostalgia. You will have to get used to NOT having a focus, my fingers still try to automatically adjust my focus. Two benefits I wasn't expecting, the lens makes my camera super thin, which I love. And you can hand your camera to anyone to snap pics, because it takes no special skills. It's basically a point and shoot. I haven't taken it off my camera since I got it. I mostly snap candid family photos and I think it's perfect for that.

I do change my settings to achieve the "90's disposable camera" effect. On Fuji I use Dynamic range 200%, Classic chrome, White balance daylight R1B-1, Color +2, Sharpness +2, Highlight tone +1, Shadow tone -2, noise reduction -2, shutter type MS + ES, shoot without lens must be on. I would start there and adjust to your own taste. This combined with the lens will give you the ultimate nostalgic feel.

5.0 out of 5 stars Okay this is DELIGHTFUL

1) This delivers exactly as promised. No focus, super deep depth of field, and a charismatically detuned image.
2) The EF-M Canon version looks like an Oreo. Not a little bit like an Oreo. It is very, very clearly designed to look like an Oreo and I don't get why that isn't a selling point.
3) It takes a little bit of work to get it there (buried in your mirrorless settings is an easy-to-miss setting that allows for shutter release without lens) - but once you're there this is as idiot proof as a lens can be.

I scored it low on autofocus because this... has not autofocus. There is no focus. I imagine this is a great way to get kids into photography as well, on that note.

4.0 out of 5 stars Better than expected but not perfect!

The lens is perfect, and has a awesome look. Was a little tight to twist onto camera and you can hear plastic rattle on lens. Overall though for the price, its worth it. Picture shot on Lumix s5ii Unedited

3.0 out of 5 stars Difficult to focus but fun to play with
Reviewed in the United States on June 24, 2024
I need more practice with this. Since it's all analog, there's no means by which to focus. You have to move forward or backward, but since you aren't looking through the lens on a mirrorless, it can be difficult to tell if you are in focus or not. My lens also popped out the first time I used it. I was able to pop it back in to the mount, but I have no idea if this affected the way it works or not. I love the dreamy, nostalgic feel this creates, but I just wish that I could get the images to be in focus.

5.0 out of 5 stars Fun little lens

Low profile and takes really fun retro disposable camera style pictures. Make sure you set your camera to take pictures with no lens attached because it doesn’t have any electronics in it. I’ve taken some of my favorite shots with this lens but it’s definitely only good at what it does.

1.0 out of 5 stars Extremely Disappointed

The media could not be loaded.
I got this camera and expecting the quality scene in other reviews, but received it, and it wouldn’t focus on event standard things. I tried it in different lighting, with the flash, and without the flash, I tried different settings, and nothing worked. The quality is good, but that’s really about all. if this was a fluke, I would be willing to try another, but this was extremely disappointing.

Good price and well made for what this is. Did not want to make this myself. Works well for the Z50 camera.
