My first observation was for a camera with the listed technical specifications, it was a great value for the money. When I opened the box, I was pleasantly surprised to find the instructions easy to read and follow (not tiny and difficult to read and follow). I was also pleased to find a USB power cord that was long enough for most installations. The overall set-up process was easy and uneventful.
Pairing the Cinnado D1 camera to an existing Wansview Cloud account was simple and easy. Follow the instruction and in under 5 minutes the camera is connected and visible in the Wansview Cloud app.
The picture quality for daytime use is excellent; the 2k resolution is satisfactory for indoor use. I was impressed with the night vision; it was sharp and clear. I don’t use the two-way audio, so I don’t have any comment about it. I use the 24/7 video recording function, and it works as it should. The motion sensor works; there is some latency in the tracking, as with most security cameras.
I have installed a number of the Cinnado D1 cameras with installations in New York and Florida. The size of the D1 camera is compact and quite desirable; it is small, unobtrusive and easy to install. The Wansview Cloud app works fine. Since I monitor cameras from various manufacturers, I use Blue Iris for monitoring the various model cameras. The D1 camera within Blue Iris is easy to monitor and record using the available 24/7 live-stream video.
The best part of my Cinnado experience was the Customer Service. THEY ARE RESPONSIVE AND PERSISTANT! I sent several e-Mails with my issues. Each time I received a response overnight; the response was always complete and thorough.
They also were persistent with their follow-up e-Mails to ensure that my issues were satisfactorily resolved. My technical issues dealt with the streaming video settings for Blue Iris. Their information was complete and accurate. THANK YOU FIONA, FOR YOUR HELP AND PERSISTANCE! This is the way GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE SHOULD BE!

Probably getting long here for a review but pros and cons and will be done, thx.
+small (pic shown next to a sharpie and paper clip for size)
+does what it says it does (almost 360 degree horizontal and vertical quite a bit too which are features missing from most indoor cams)
+price. THIS is how affordable simple peace of mind with home security should be with todays crazy inflation and predator companies.
+Customer support with Fiona has been exceptional.
+micro sd storage so no cloud or subscription needed. Can’t stress this one enough.
-not much for negatives… might be nice to have a battery operated one so it’s not tethered to a wall outlet in case of power outage.
Not sure Wi-Fi range but 30 ft works fine so far.
Oh!, incidentals rl quick: need an app capable device (phone/tablet/similar), Wi-Fi, micro sd card (128gb is correct unless there’s an update, a 256gb would not work properly), and power (wall outlet or stand-alone power station).
Overall, super impressed and wish to write more but in nvr doing a review b4… not so sure anyone actually reads these. Might make a YT or X vid review Amazon acts like these reviews actually do anything to help companies bc that’s the whole point now, trying2give back. The customer support and device served me well, so why wouldn’t someone go out of their way to at least once to give some much deserved credit. Had to cancel Ring bc they doubled the subscription to $100 so they can keep their devices now. That’s just monetary theft and greed. Apologies for tangent).
