I bought this case as a birthday gift for my sister. It fits the digital camera perfectly and was exactly what I was looking for. The outside is sturdy and strong. It is compact enough to fit in a purse or laptop bag. The elastic is strong on the inside so I can be confident that memory cards or charging cords won't go sliding around in the inside pocket.
