I am so surprised of the quality of this trap. It's comfortable, comes with all the various little plastic pieces, and they all are really nice quality. Even the ends of the canvas straps are perfectly rounded in a semi-circle with the edges melted to prevent fraying. The quick-release plastic clips I am using are small and can't hold much weight, but they are well built, and I just have a cell phone camera rig with a mic, light, and cell phone on it, so it's plenty strong for this. (And it comes with 3 of them, not 2, I suppose in case one breaks.) And the other connecting clips for a regular camera are rock solid and could hold quite a bit of weight. I would absolutely buy one again - in fact, I did! Now I have two - the other one I am using with my ZHIYUN Smooth 5 gimbal.

The strap looks fine, although I haven't really had it long enough to judge how it will hold up. A slight issue in that there were no written instructions as to how to put together the three components and attach it to the camera, and the on-line instructions didn't include this particular model. However, it was easy to figure out, and I think it will be fine.

Could work better with a different camera

I got this for my G7X Mark ii, and it should work, but I don't love it. There are a few ways you can set it up, but only one really worked for my camera. I had to use the snap release clips, and I'm nervous about one somehow breaking and my camera slamming to the ground. Anyway, the qr code on the packaging leads you to a YouTube channel where they teach you how you can set it up with different types of cameras/with the different attachments. The videos aren't really titled, so you just kinda need to check them all out to see which will work for your camera. Once you figure that out, the videos don't have any written instructions or talking, the tutorial is all visual. I watched the video a couple times and managed to figure it out, but I can see how someone might struggle with it. Overall, I'm hoping for the best ????????????????

I was expecting to have to simply attach to my camera. Instead I had to find the directions on You Tube to correctly thread the strap through the different plastic pieces. The instruction video included no verbal directions and there weren’t any written directions included in the package. I tried my best to follow the directions and think I did it correctly, but I can’t adjust the length of the strap. The instruction video only shows how to attach the strap to one side of the camera and then stops. So, the camera hangs well below my belly-button. Can’t recommend based on the poor instructions.

Highly recommend -- the 'cooling' strap that came with my mini binoculars was sooo scratchy! 3 hours of hiking with, yeahhh... couldn't enjoy the 'cooling' aspect as it rubbed and left scratches on my neck. This is perfect and it took me a while to find something comfortable. Thank you.
