I’ve used this for my job was required for training video quality is great not issues. Value as far as price to me is worth what I paid for it. I have not had any issues except for when I was in zoom but this was not due to the camera this was due to the program I had to get on at work. Other than that love the webcam will definitely get more Logitech products. Haven’t had any issues with any of my Logitech headphones or camera

The webcam C920e has a deactivated microphone that needs to be manually activated with software.
Together with the cap over the camera you have privacy when not using the camera both for video and audio.

Tested without audio on Windows and Linux (Ubuntu).

The tripod is too small to even bring the camera above the laptop monitor and is too light to stay put in one place. Total waste of the higher price paid for it. Defeated the purpose.

Flat out DID NOT WORK. You connect it to a USB port. Computer finds the camera. Camera works. Microphone was never found by computer. Logitech tech support was no help at all. Logitech support web site does not even know this model C920e exists. We are about 25 years after the introduction of plug-and-play devices. Anyone selling a product that is not found by the computer is simply not ready for prime time. Unexpected from Logitech, which is otherwise famously good about plug-and-play devices. Oh, well. A restaurant is only as good as the most recent meal served.

It's a good webcam once you figure out which software you need to unmute the mic (logitune) that seemed to come muted by default.

The camera is perfectly fine. It's a Logitech C920 camera, that's a solid model. HOWEVER, you can get a Logitech C920 for $10 less and get a better stand elsewhere. I would not recommend this item.
