This camera gave me so much piece of mind. I've had for about 30 days now.
The double camera is a great feature and im glad I decided to go with it. The only down side to the zoom camera is that it doesn't pick up as far away as the top camera, sometime but misses the person if they are too out of frame. I really love the "Out of View" mode for the camera and it notifies me within a few seconds of the camera detecting something. The nigh vision camera isnt as good as during the day, but the flood lights are so bright that it will illuminate the entire area that it isnt an issue for me. The flood lights are so bright even on 50%.
The app is a nice bonus and has lots of customizable settings. I would recommend turning the lights motion detection and camera sensitivity to the highest setting to get the most out of your camera. I also use the farthest range feature. I liked the feature that allows you to label specific people so you know who is outside without opening the app (via the notifications).
I wish there was a way to show the camera on my TV via a Eufy TV app so I can monitor it on something else beside my phone or tablet. I've had several people compliment the camera and are interesting in purchasing. I couldn't recomend it more.

These are very good cameras, easy to install and easy to set up. The AI tracking is also really nice. I would highly recommend these cameras to anyone who want the added security around the house.

From a technology standpoint, this is probably one of the best floodlight cams available. It has a ton of features, including dual high resolution cameras (1 wide & 1 zoom), 24/7 local recording (either to a micro-SD card or base station), 360 degree PTZ with AI tracking, and much more. The LED floodlights are very bright, but can be dimmed and positioned to your liking. Everything works as good as can be expected from a WiFi camera at this price point. My only gripe is that it’s only available in white. Almost no one installs white light fixtures on the exterior of their home. So why does Eufy only offer this floodlight camera in white? In fact, I almost didn’t buy this camera (even at the Prime Day price) because it is only available in white. If they’d offer a few color options (black, bronze, grey, etc…) this would be much more appealing.

We are recommending it to our neighbor also.

Super easy install and configuration and works really well. The motion detection, video quality, etc. are all top notch.

We even were able to put it to use immediately with the camera catching some illegal shenanigans in our alleyway and the footage helped the police catch some people who were stealing from garages.

I recently had an extremely frustrating experience with Eufy’s customer service that has left me highly disappointed. As a customer, I expected timely and accurate support for the issues I was facing with their product. However, what I encountered was far from satisfactory.

Firstly, the customer service representatives seem to lack basic troubleshooting techniques. Each time I contacted them with a specific issue, their responses were off the mark and did not address my actual concern. It felt as though they either did not understand my question or were reading from a script that did not pertain to my problem. This resulted in a lot of back-and-forth communication, which was both time-consuming and aggravating.

Secondly, there is a severe lack of understanding and attentiveness from the support team. Despite providing detailed explanations and context, I received generic and irrelevant responses that showed a clear disconnect from the issue at hand. It appears that the support team does not take the time to thoroughly read and comprehend the customer’s queries, leading to repeated and unresolved problems.

This is particularly disappointing given that Eufy’s products themselves are top-notch. They are high quality, have a great look, and their appearance is very appealing. The hardware and design clearly demonstrate a commitment to excellence, which makes the poor customer service even more disheartening.

The lack of effective communication and poor problem-solving skills demonstrate a serious deficiency in Eufy’s customer service. It is disheartening to see a company that offers such promising products fail so miserably in supporting their customers. This experience has significantly diminished my confidence in Eufy, and I am hesitant to recommend their products to others based on the lack of reliable customer support alone.

I hope Eufy takes these criticisms seriously and invests in improving their customer service department. Customers deserve timely, relevant, and effective support, especially when dealing with technical issues.

There was some crime in my neighborhood, and I wanted to install some security cameras as a deterrent. I installed this camera, and it has done a great job. The camera will track intruders, and it is a little daunting seeing a camera track you.

Well I finally decided to add a review because I caught a crime on my device today. My neighbor will be able to create a report with this footage.
