I purchased these for my son's USA birthday party and have zero complaints. I attached them to the outside of my 3 season room in my backyard and they stayed up until I removed them. They were a little wrinkled where they had been packaged, but after hanging for about an hour, most of the wrinkles worked themselves out.

My only issue is the order of the colors. Should have been red, silver, blue. And no, you can't just flip it over because of where the tape is located. Anyways, I cut them apart to add to a balloon garland and they worked out fine.
