5.0 out of 5 stars Easy on, easy off

Just received this camera bag and after putting all my things it is I can say it is a Great camera sling backpack. Slinging it over my shoulder is easier for me to put on and I love it that you can pull it around the front of you and get into the main pocket with the camera in it.
I can fit my Canon T5i with the 18-55mm lens on it and both the 300mm and 250mm lens in with the camera. In the netting pocket inside that area I have both spare battery and spare camera card in it. There is room left to tuck my charger in and take with me if I am going to use this for trips.

In the area at the top of the backpack I have both my 50mm and 10-18mm lens in it. It is not too tight buy snug enough that they won't be moving around banging into each other. The netting pockets inside this top area hold my remote controller, cleaning cloths and cleaning brush.
I am pleased that as I pulled the sling backpack around to front that the main pocket opens to the side facing up, toward my face and I can get into it without fear of anything falling out. There is a latch across that pocket that you can unlatch and unzip all the way open if desired.

I have a big tripod but it does fit, the bag has a small pocket for one leg of tripod to go into it and a strap to hold the tripod tight. I tried it and wouldn't be worried at all to carry the tripod on the bag although I like using my mono pod better than a tripod. The mono pod fits very nicely also.

This is a good quality bag. I have bought several bags for my camera but this one is going to be my favorite because of the space, ease of putting it on, carrying it.

One thing I didn't see when first ordering this was a picture of the extra strap that goes across the front of you. I can see where this would be a great help if you are hiking with this pack on as it levels out the pack and makes it more like a backpack and very secure. But if you have it snapped on, you can't bring the backpack around to the front until you unsnap it. At least you have a choice.

I highly recommend this bag.

5.0 out of 5 stars Excellent design and features

If you are looking for a compact camera bag for a compact to medium sized DSLR, then this sling backpack is really worth a look.

The bag is comprised of two major compartments. The top compartment can hold small accessories, a compact flash, and additional lens, or accessory bag.

The larger compartment can be customized to fit your camera with lenses. My Canon 80D currently has an 18 to 55 mm lens, a battery grip, and a shoulder sling. With my lens hood, my camera will not fit. If I opt to use my camera without a battery grip, then it fits perfectly.

This makes a great Day pack for a casual day at shooting. Each compartment is padded and keeps the equipment protected. The sling strap is padded and is very comfortable. A smaller zippered compartment allows the user to store filters, spare batteries, lens caps or potentially, memory cards; however, there are no memory card slots that are built in to keep the memory cards from falling out. The bag is well-made and has very solid feeling zippers. The beauty of this particular pack is that there are no hints to this being a camera bag which limits the chance of being targeted.

There is a side slot for a small tripod with a securing strap.

It's a great compact bag for your DSLR.

4.0 out of 5 stars Good size and padding, but strap seam tore after 1 week -- ***Refund applied by Vendor***

***** UPDATE -- The vendor contacted me and offered the choice of a refund or replacement. Can't get better than that for Customer Service. Updated from 2 stars to 4 stars due to their quick response and offer. ******

This is a very good case in concept. It is a great size with very good padding, adjustable internal dividers, and an additional storage area that can hold a lot of little accessories. In the main compartment I was able to carry a Nikon D40 with a 18-270mm Tamron zoom lens, a handheld video camera and a compact Samsung camera easily.

Carried it on a 11-day bus tour in Europe from the US. Walked a lot each day while wearing it. Easily fit in the overhead airplane bin. Took me 10 minutes to figure out how to position the strap (did not use the second smaller strap), but once I had it on, it rotates around the body easily. On the 9th day, I noticed the fabric at the seam where the strap connects to the case was pulling apart. The outer fabric seems very thin and the seam pulled apart very easily once started. The padding behind the fabric is very good however.

Not sure if I just had a bad one or the fabric was already torn (didn't notice it) or if it's a common problem, as that's my experience.

5.0 out of 5 stars It's a Little Narrow, But Decently Sturdy, Good Price

I wish it was wider to offer more room for more lenses and accessories. But its good enough and the price was right.

5.0 out of 5 stars My favorite camera bag
Reviewed in the United States on February 28, 2024
This bag is wonderful! It has plenty of room for a camera body plus a couple extra lenses. Primes or short zooms though, it really isn't big enough for a telephoto. It also has an upper pocket for extra batteries, a cleaning kit, or whatever extra little accessories you can't live without. It's a perfect bag for walk around photography where you need a small amount of gear & you want to know it's secure. It fits well across your body & is fully adjustable to ensure a tight fit. Plus, there's two buckles across the camera pocket, so getting into it takes a little bit of effort. There's no way anyone is opening it up on your back without you noticing. This has quickly become my favorite bag for street photography, as well as daily carrying.
