I set it all up for her but the SIM card completely broke and were wasn't recognized.
So basically I had one very good experience and one experience that has been a disaster so far. Too early to tell for me to judge the responsiveness of customer service. Amazon said I can return it but I've gotten no specifics as to how the shipping cost would be handled if there are any restocking fees etc...
I realistically would probably raise or lower my score accordingly depending on how that pans out
