Frustrating at first but it worked

I used these SIM cards while on vacation in Italy. They worked OK but the set up and first use was very frustrating. I had to contact customer support using wifi in order to find out the name of the network in Italy. Then I had to have the hotel clerk explain that I had to dial 00 then the area code (44) then the phone number. I also setup an online account but once setup, the link did not work. The company name is Three and they need to improve the information they send to the first time user. Most people would have given up. I persevered and got it to work for me.

TSIM Europe SIM Card for Travel 30 Days 12GB
This, the one with the blue background uses T-Mobile: go online, schedule activation the (future) day you choose and TSIM will email your phone number to you so you know it before you leave.
Card installed with no issues, worked seamlessly in multiple countries in Europe.
Nice price. Unlimited calls and text in Europe. 12 Gb is plenty for a month as long as you aren’t streaming movies.
Activating in advance means one less task on arrival, and you can use Uber, etc immediately.
Note that replacing your SIM card will change your phone number, in this case to a UK number. That can be a problem if you’re using two factor authentication for some sites and they try to text you a sign-in code. We’ve had that problem, locking us out of Paypal. With this card, knowing your number in advance, you can make adjustments to avoid the issue..

The instructions and outgoing messages are unclear (and wrong). The +44 number given should be replaced by 0044, as noted by another comment. This is a bit of a show stopper, as the out-going message indicated: "you do not have enough balance to complete this call"; However, you do have enough balance, if you dial 00. This was not obvious, to me.

The TSIM Europe 12GB SIM Card for Travel 30 Days with unlimited Local Calls and Text will be a good card to take on an upcoming European trip. The 12 gigs should be enough for my use since I won't be using it so much for data and I'll only be traveling in the included countries. Luckily, my phone is unlocked. This will be a nice option for our Europe travels.
