The SIM card does not work even if your phone is compatible you have to purchase a Kroger phone

We hoped it would., but the tray removal tool does not work with this device. We used our improvised sewing pin, with hooked end to pull the tray out. The nano card fits in the tray, but so far the card hasn't been recognized. It's a second-hand device, so we are assuming it is locked to its original network. Or, we don't have a 4G/5G device.
Good points - the card comes with a generous expiration date. And the prices for use are very reasonable. The removal tool is included in the envelope, and is well worth the price of the sim card purchase. We'll keep it in our wallet, just in case someone else needs one.
