I bought this SIM card recently for a trip to China and found it very easy to use. It was delivered quickly, the data worked well, and the customer service was outstanding. I had researched online for a bit before my trip and had seen some bloggers recommend 3G Solutions, so I gave it a shot. My Chinese is limited, so I was glad to find that 3G Solutions had thorough explanations on their website in English and that I could communicate with their customer service in English as well. I needed to be able to access certain Chinese apps and health code trackers from my hotel when I was in quarantine, and this SIM card gave me the ability to do that quickly and conveniently. They responded quickly to help activate my card and answered questions promptly.
A few days before my SIM card was set to expire, customer service reminded me and asked me if I needed to extend. I did not at the time, but several weeks after my card expired, I discovered I needed to get a verification code for an app that was linked to the phone number of the SIM card. Even though my SIM card had expired weeks earlier, customer service allowed me temporary use of the SIM card again so I could get the verification code I needed. This was such a lifesaver! They had no obligation to help me weeks after my SIM card expired, but were kind enough to do so. I appreciate that they went above and beyond for me. Would definitely recommend and buy again if needed in the future!
